Policy Alteration

Policy Reinstatement

Policy Alteration

Policyholder can request to have policy alteration, detail is as below;
  • Reducing sum assured
  • Changing mode of premium payment
  • Changing the policy beneficiary
  • Changing occupation class
  • Changing years of age
  • Changing name and surname
  • Changing contact address
  • Cancel riders
  • Adding riders
You can contact Policy Services Section at the headquarter office, branch offices or your life agent.

Policy Benefits Service
  • Policy Condition Refund, e.g. Survival Benefit and Maturity Benefit
    Company will pay by cheque to the policyholder & or beneficiaries at the given contact address. Alternatively, policyholder can use the value for his/her insurance premium payment (if any).
  • Policy Loan
    Inforce policy and there is cash value, policyholder can loan out money against the cash value (if any) of your policy.
Remarks : if your outstanding loan include interest is more than your cash value, your insurance policy will be automatically ceased.

Policy Reinstatement
Policy reinstatement means insurance policy will be effective on the same beginning date of commencement by paying all the outstanding premium plus interest.

  • Policy Reinstatement Form or Policy Reinstatement by Tele-Sales Form.
  • Authorization Form for Credit Card Deduction or voice file especially for tele-sales channel in case of policyholder changing his/her credit card number.
