Premium Payment Channel

Direct payment; through the company (H.O.), Branch Offices, Company’s Agents with your billing (if any) by:
- Cash
- Cheque, Draft or Cashier Cheque in the name of “Generali Life Assurance (Thailand) Co., Ltd.” please cross out “A/C Payee Only” and “Bearer” and please write insured name and policy number on the back of the Cheque.
- All Credit Cards of Visa and Master Cards, in case payment through Branch Offices or Co.’s Agents by complement “Authorization Form for Credit Card Deduction”

** Premium Payment is the duty of insured to pay contracted premium amount in the due time, if not it will be effective to your insurance policy status which caused lapsed. And you will no longer be eligible for any benefits or protection from company.
