Claim is the amount that the company will pay to insured or beneficiary as per stated in the insurance policy.

Reference Claim Document

Type of Claim Death Claim
1. Should notify to company within 14 days from date of death.
2. Reference Documents.
In case of death by accident or unusual cases, the required additional reference document(s) as below:
  • Copy of Place Investigation Daily Report
  • Copy of Autopsy Report
Accident Claim
1. Should notify to the company within 30 days from date of accident or date of receiving medical treatment in hospital.
2. Reference Documents.
Health Claim
1. Should notify the company within 10 days from date of receiving medical treatment in hospital.

Generali Health Care / Fax Claim
Generali Health Care is a special service for Generali (Thailand) clients, who holding HS (Hospital & Surgical) rider, will receive medical treatment from Generali Hospital Network. Generali will cover medical treatment in the event of IPD (In-Patient department) based on your selected plan at any of Generali network hospitals.
