Generali Health Care is a special service for Generali clients who hold a HS (Hospital & Surgical) rider. Generali will cover medical treatment in the event of IPD (In-patient Department) based on your selected plan at any of Generali network hospital.

You should consider buying the HS (Hospital & Surgical) rider to attached to your policy
You can claim medical treatment from any of the Generali network hospital.
Your policy and attached HS (Hospital & Surgical) rider should be effective at least 6 months from your commencement date or latest renewal date, excluding a case of accident, you can claim when the HS rider is effective.
You should be admitted in hospital to the IPD (In-patient Department), and required to recuperate in hospital at least 6 hrs.

In this case, if you have HS rider (Hospital & Surgical Riders) with a stand down period of at least 30 days, you can claim health insurance from every hospital by your advanced payment and then, you should submit all medical documents to Generali e.g. medical certificates, original receipts for your reimbursement according to your selected plan for the HS ride.
